In-person or Distance

(Distance sessions will be conducted at an agreed upon time. At that time, you may want to sit quietly or in meditation but that is not required. Intention setting & debriefing may be done over the phone or through email, whichever you prefer.)

90 min in person sessions include 60 mins on the table with 15 mins before and after to set your intention for healing and debrief/share your experience afterward.
